I first met with Monica and Jose Luis in 2019 and I immediately loved them as a couple. Monica’s family is from India. Jose Luis grew up in Mexico City. And they met in DC.
And then covid hit. And months/years of reschedules. Luckily, when the big day finally arrived - it was well worth the wait. So much fun!!
