Lauren and Jesse found me through instagram. On our first call, we totally clicked when they noted that I’m one of the only photographers who doesn’t instagram shoes (yay!! I don’t understand the wedding industry’s shoe obsession). The more we talked, the more I felt like I wanted to hang out with them all the time (they love travel and have been everywhere - so jealous).
Lauren and Jesse’s wedding was small (65 guests) and stunningly beautiful without being “fussy”. This was my first time visiting Hollin Hall and I now wish I could photograph weddings there all the time, the gardens look like something out a a fairytale.
The great thing about small weddings is you can feel how much all the guests mean to the couple. From incredible speeches to a full dance floor - everybody (literally everybody) danced.
